Why 1% Listing?

How can you offer a 1% Listing commission? 

This is the most frequently asked question we get from our clients, and for good reason. We are vastly different. In fact, we think so differently most of our colleagues think we're nuts!

Overhead.

We operate on a boutique style business model. We don't have Class A commercial office space, company vehicles, pension plans, company provided technology, etc. We have every single tool the "big" guys have at a fraction of the cost they try and offload on you.

Principle.

This is by far and away the most important ideology for us. 3% is an antiquated fee and holds no place in today's market (in our humble opinion). Ask yourself, does my agent really need *$30,000 to sell my house? 

The answer is NO, they don't (In our opinion.) We believe the equity you worked so hard to build up should remain with you!

A lot of the 3% charged by the big guys usually goes to company executives, company marketing (we call it, "Hey Everyone, look how good we look!), commercial office rent, equipment, etc. Does it go to your listing? You can be the judge of that. Ask yourself, what else am I getting for that higher fee?

We do it for 1%. Period.

Trust.

The best form of business development is word of mouth. We trust that after you've listed with us, realized how much money we saved you on commissions, and how seamless and stress free the process was, you'll tell everyone you know about us! We don't need to charge the extra commission fees to spend on bus benches and billboards; we know that if we invest in you by offering a fair listing fee, you'll invest in us by telling everyone you know about us (along with leaving 5 star reviews!)
